From Humble Beginnings to Trusted Community Care

When Bristol Family Eyecare was founded by Dr. Dan Bristol, O.D. in 2004, it was in a small space, but we had big goals to become a part of our patients' lives. Since then, we've grown and expanded to meet the needs of our community. Our Bee Cave office is now in a space triple the size of the original. We've added new doctors, and new locations in Lakeway – 620 and Georgetown. We've also expanded our specializations, growing our expertise in areas like glaucoma, dry eye management, and myopia control.

One of the reasons for our rapid growth has been our commitment to the patient experience and making sure we can provide the best possible care to every patient who walks in our doors. Part of this also means maintaining the best products in each of our locations — the largest selection of frames, latest contact lens technology, and the best equipment in each of our exam lanes — because it's our core belief that quality vision care can enrich our patients' lives.
